Not great for international audiences.
Germanic countries use another key layout: qwertz instead of qwerty putting the Z button further away from X. also on azerty keyboards it is even worse. Maybe replace the pitch changes with left and right shift? Just an idea.

That's a fun and well made game, could use some sounds, but doesn't have to. I was imagining it being put on a phone where you need to turn the prone to get the character to fall in different directions.

Nice idea, but missing some graphics in the background, and the controls feel spongy.
